At the age of 59, Peter finally decided to pursue his passion in a professional capacity and entered Master Chef 2006 to kick-start his dream career. As a result of winning the show, Peter currently works as an independent chef in both France and the UK, has published a book of his experiences and regularly contributes to food magazines.
